Galore Creek is currently engaged in an updated Prefeasibility Study. Our Project team is focused on continued development and confirmation of design options, Project engagement and regulatory planning, engineering, and environmental studies.

Contracts Lead

The Contracts Lead, reporting to the Manager, Project Services, will be responsible for managing the full contracting lifecycle (planning, execution, administration and closing) for the Galore Creek Mining Corporation (GCMC) project. The Contracts Lead will work in a collaborative manner within a growing contracts and procurement team, supporting the diverse commercial requirements of the GCMC management team, broader project and operations team members, and external parties to develop and recommend contract strategies, Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, and administer the evaluation of proposals, achieving internal alignment on and preparation of recommendations for award documentation, and creating conforming contracts.

Health & Safety Coordinator

Reporting to the Health & Safety Supervisor, this role is primarily responsible for supporting all field operation activities with all health and/or safety aspects by GCMC policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. We are looking for an individual who is ready to be a safety champion promoting GCMC’s core value of a safety-focused culture based on courageous safety leadership.

Camp Lead

Reporting to the Camp Supervisor, the Camp Lead is responsible for supporting field operations at the Galore Creek Project in northwest British Columbia. This outstanding individual will ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the camp, including supervision of camp maintenance, catering and janitorial staff or contractors in accordance with GCMC policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Field Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Field Operations Superintendent, the Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and completing administrative tasks related to the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the project by GCMC policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

Field Operations Lead

Reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor, the Field Operations Lead is responsible for supporting field operations at the Galore Creek Project in northwest British Columbia. In doing so, this outstanding role will supervise mobile equipment operators, camp infrastructure and equipment maintenance personnel and general labourers! The successful candidate will further support other field operations tasks related to safe and efficient day-to-day operations by GCMC policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

Maintenance Technician

Galore Creek Mining Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support field operations at the Galore Creek Project in northwest British Columbia. Reporting to the Camp Supervisor, this role is primarily responsible for carrying out proactive and corrective basic maintenance throughout the operating camp(s) while helping to ensure safe and efficient day-to-day operations by GCMC policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

Utility Equipment Operator

Initially reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor, the Utility Equipment Operator is primarily responsible for supporting camp services and technical studies throughout the site while helping to ensure safe and efficient day-to-day operations by GCMC policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
